Please Note: There are currently some issues currently being experienced in the Paypal checkout module normally used by this site, if you would like to use Paypal and it does not appear to function correctly, please note this in the messages section of your order and we will send you the necessary information in the form of a Paypal Invoice request.

Telepoint - Alternative Fuel may offer Paypal or Paymate as a method of payment.

Telepoint - Alternative Fuel requires customers using Paypal or Paymate to have either a trading record with us or be verified by us.

Unfortunately the prevalence of fraud and erroneous orders make this necessary.

Telepoint - Alternative Fuel also requires that any payment made using Paypal or Paymate use Registered and Insured postage or shipping.

For buyer and seller protection Paypal requires trackable postage or shipping.

Telepoint - Alternative Fuel will, at its discretion, reject Paypal or Paymate payments that do not meet this requirement. The customer will be contacted to confirm the order and the necessary process.

Using Paymate will incur additional fees as applied by Paymate from time to time. The current fees are available at Paymate Buyer and Seller Fee structure
