Telepoint - Heat Exchange and Filter Bags requires customers using Paypal or Paymate to have either a trading record with us or be verified by us.

Unfortunately the prevalence of fraud and erroneous orders make this necessary.

Telepoint - Heat Exchange and Filter Bags also requires that any payment made using Paypal or Paymate use Registered and Insured postage or shipping.

For buyer and seller protection Paypal requires trackable postage or shipping.

Telepoint - Heat Exchange and Filter Bags will, at its discretion, reject Paypal or Paymate payments that do not meet this requirement. The customer will be contacted to confirm the order and the necessary process.

Using Paymate will incur additional fees as applied by Paymate from time to time. The current fees are available at Paymate Buyer and Seller Fee structure
